Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all ETHNC designer tags and labels remain attached.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
